December Revolution

The December Revolution has begun! Anarcho-Communist Organization (ACO) militias and defected troops are preparing for the overthrow of the Marxist state while the Old Guard Socialists (OGS) begin to prepare for imminent attack by domestic forces throughout the nation. The ACO grossly outnumber the OGS, with literally hundreds of thousands in their ranks. The OGS on the other hand, are equipped with far more reliable and effective equipment and have received superior training.


Alaskan Theatre


Week 1
ACO forces have launched a well coordinated attack against the OGS. This has totally taken the OGS off guard and they begin to make a fast retreat East in an attempt to regroup. The ACO have made two spearheads through OGS territory, and are attempting to link up and encircle a large portion of the OGS forces in central Alaska.

Week 2
The Anarchists continue their thrust eastward, successfully encircling 4,700 Marxist troops. The next day a large OGS counter attack in the South threw the ACO off, stalling the advance and buying the Marxists the time they needed to begin their counter offensive, spearheading through the South behind ACO lines. The Anarchists have found themselves in a very threatening position, and fear the OGS will begin conducting large encirclements.

Week 3
ACO troops retreat approximately 100 miles, avoiding the possible massive encirclement. The ACO continue to be pushed slowly back by OGS forces. A steady trickle of OGS troops continue to defect to the Anarchist militia's, sapping at the manpower of the OGS troops here.

Week 4
The OGS defeat in Canada has allowed the ACO troops in Canada to spill into Eastern Alaska, thrusting deeply into OGS territory, conducting mass encirclements. ACO troops in the West have now launched a counter-offensive against the OGS, pushing them back far into the East while the Canadian troops push the further West. OGS is facing imminent destruction, and it is virtually impossible for the OGS to salvage the war in Alaska.

Week 5
OGS forces have been totally destroyed in Alaska. Suffering from both supply shortages, desertion, ordinance shortages, and inferior officer quality, Marxist forces were utterly destroyed, allowing for troops to be sent to aid their komrades in Gruntland.


Canadian Theatre


Week 2
Fighting has begun as OGS forces, after receiving the report made by the force in Alaska. The first day of the attack is met with complete success, killing up to a hundred Anarchists. Unfortunately, the very next day, the ACO responds with a huge counter-attack. The Marxist forces, demoralized and full of doubt over the very cause they fight for, are pushed back hard, hardly able to fight back as the determined Anarchists are thrust deep into OGS territory.

Week 3
A horrible mass desertion of about 5,000 troops, a commander, and 3 lower officers which not only greatly dented the manpower capability of the OGS but also had intelligence implications. The defected officers divulged critical information on the location of weapon caches, OGS tactics and training, and future battle plans and counter-offensive. This leak breached four large scale offensives. It has resulted in imminent defeat of the OGS in Canada as the breaches killed nearly 10,000 men and ensured that every move the OGS made this weak a total defeat, it is only a matter of time before the OGS forces surrender or simply collapse.

Week 4
ACO troops have begun to branch out, sending excess troops to Gruntland, Alaska, and even Iceland through captured transport ships and aircraft. The remaining OGS troops are currently being weeded out.

Week 5
Canada has been completely liberated from Marxist influence and oppression.


Icelandic Theatre

Week 2
Iceland is the first successful OGS offensive besides Alaska in the war. The Anarchist forces, low on supplies, equipment, and training are hard pressed, however the incredible morale accompanied with most Anarchist military units, keeps them going, mounting a cohesive and effective defense against the Marxists.

Week 3
Iceland has erupted into a quagmire of chaos and destruction, and is the biggest hotspot in the war currently. Both factions are either recruiting or conscripting huge portions of the population. A captured military base last week provided the information of two major weapon caches, allowing the Anarchists to supply the entirety of their militias. Tens of thousands of troops are hurled into combat, while thousands more are recruited by each side every day.

Week 4
Troops arriving from Canada have invaded North-Western iceland, crushing OGS forces through a large scale surprise attack from the West and intensified attacks from the East. OGS is on the verge of imminent defeat in Iceland.

Week 5
OGS forces have also been defeat entirely in Iceland, as OGS forces were crushed between two fronts, a combination of which added up to three times as many troops from the beginning of the invasion of Reykjavik.


Gruntlandic Theatre

Week 2
Gruntland is the site of heavy fighting, as trained Anarchist forces battle moralized Marxist forces, traits these factions can't boast in other provinces. The Anarchists launch the offensive, as forces from the North attempt to link up with Nuuk, which is deep behind OGS lines, while the Anarchists in the same attempt to push back the Marxists and capture vital supply lines. OGS has failed to react, despite its proximity to the capital and the leadership of the Collective, the chaos of sudden conflicts bursting like black heads all over the country has left the leadership scrambling, unable to handle communications with OGS forces elsewhere in such an unstable, fractured environment. The ACO is well aware of this, and is take advantage of this knowledge to defeat the OGS as quickly as possible in Gruntland.

Week 3
OGS forces have managed, through indiscriminate bombings and shelling of ACO occupied space have totally eliminated the Anarchist presence in Nuuk, killing 30,000 total troops and 10,000 civilians. The front has stalemated as ACO forces are attempting to regain lost manpower, however fighting still continues in the brutal cold.

Week 4
Reinforcements from Canada have aided the ACO significantly, and with imminent Anarchist victories in Alaska and Iceland, the ACO's manpower, supply, and ordinance capabilities appear infinite in comparison to the OGS where desertion is beginning to worsen in the face of defeat. Accompanied with this is the improved quality of ACO commanders and generals, as well as a limited re-organization of both the strategic and tactical conduct of warfare, significantly reducing Anarchist casualties.

Week 5
Marxist forces are mounting desperate defenses of their last stronghold, Marxstad, as hordes of Anarchist troops constantly attack the fort. The Collective refused the Anarchist offer of unconditional surrender.

Week 6
Marxstad has been liberated from Marxist rule, the ACO proclaims victory over the Marxist country of Jafnastaat.
