Signatures Empty Signatures

For some reason, signatures are not appearing for me. I've checked everything in the profile settings that would fix this, but still nothing. Are they shut off by default or something?

You might want to "always attach" your signature.

That's one of the first things I checked. I must be missing something, but I have nearly everything clicked to 'Yes'.
